Governing Law

The parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida in any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. Each party waives any claim of inconvenient forum and agrees that this Agreement supersedes all prior communications or agreements related to its subject matter.

Conditions and Ordering Policies
All Pro-Steel Structures orders will be processed by an independent manufacturer who retains the right to correct any pricing or tax errors made by Pro-Steel Structures.
Buyer Responsibilities
Utility Hazards: The Buyer is responsible for notifying the Independent Contractors of any underground cables, gas lines, utility hazards, or other relevant matters before installation begins. Pro-Steel Structures will not be liable for any damage to underground utilities, including lines, pipes, or cables during installation. The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Pro-Steel Structures harmless from any such damage.
Permits: The Buyer is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by city or county authorities in the State of Florida before installation. Pro-Steel Structures is not liable for any violations of local ordinances or building codes, and the Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Pro-Steel Structures harmless for any such violations.
Payment Terms
Down Payment: At the time of purchase, the Buyer is required to make a down payment to Pro-Steel Structures. The amount will vary based on location, manufacturer, and total purchase price. If any modifications are made to the project that increase its value, an additional deposit may be required before changes can be made.
Remaining Balance: The Buyer will pay the remaining balance to the installation crew on the day of installation. For custom buildings or orders exceeding $15,000, the final payment will be divided, with 50% due at the time of scheduling and the remaining 50% payable to the crew on the installation day. Accepted payment methods include check, money order, or credit card, with standard credit card processing fees applicable
Refund Policy
Standard Orders: The Buyer has up to 3 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. Refunds will only be issued if Pro-Steel Structures cancels the project after this date. If the Buyer cancels after 3 days, the down payment is non-refundable.
Custom Orders: All sales on special or custom orders are final, with no refunds provided.
Installation Requirements
Site Preparation: The Buyer must ensure that the installation site is level before installation. If the site is unlevel and a return trip is required, a 5% return trip fee will be applied.
Modification Disclaimer: If the Buyer makes any alterations to the unit, including interior or exterior modifications, all warranties shall become void.
Service Charges: Should the installers need to return to the site to complete an installation or due to unlevel land, a service fee of no less than $200 will be applied.
